THE MOMMA SLOUCH!!
Because some days you just don’t have time to do your hair… or even wash it!

This pattern was inspired by all of the wonderful mandala style beanies I have been seeing lately. The problem is, I need a nice breezy hat. My head gets too hot in normal beanies, so I designed this one for myself and for anyone else who would love to wear a slouchy hat but needs to be able to catch a breeze too.

I used basic stitches to create a dynamic mandala on the top and a simple repeat to give it a beautiful open look throughout.

Alright, let’s be real.. whether you’re a Mom or not, we all have days where we just don’t have time to mess with our hair. The Momma Slouch is the perfect solution… And the perfect gift for Christmas, Mother’s Day, Birthdays, or a random Tuesday!

You can use any worsted weight 4 yarn to make this hat. Caron Cakes and Sweet Rolls go perfectly with this pattern, but a nice solid color looks amazing as well.
