The No Float Oaklands Beanie offers a fresh approach to Tunisian stranded colourwork without the hassle of floats!

This ADVANCED level Rosehip & Hawthorn pattern is for those who are comfortable working from charts, in the round, using a double-ended hook and two or more balls of yarn.

The pattern is written in English using standard Tunisian crochet terminology.

You will need approximately 50 g of yarn in 2 colours of 4ply (or equivalent) yarn, and a 4 mm double-ended Tunisian crochet hook.

Helpful skills include how to: work in the round, read a motif chart, make a magic circle, how to cast on in the circle, Tunisian Knit Stitch (Tks), Tunisian Purl Stitch (Tps), Tunisian Reverse Stitch (Trs), and Tunisian Full Stitch (Tfs) and slip stitch.
