Oolong
A pretty cabled hat with an interesting mixture of cables and lace, the winding cables meander their way towards the crown while the simple lace pattern creates a pretty eyelet chevron. This hat has a slightly slouchy feel, accentuated by the deliciously soft Alpaca in Ginger’s Hand Dyed Humming DK. Choose a smoother yarn like Ginger’s Hand Dyed Sheepish DK for a more defined look. Available in three sizes.
The tea: Oolong is sometimes known as ‘blue tea’ and sits between the green and black varieties when it comes to taste. The leaves are fermented before being prepared by either rolling them into long curly leaves or wrap curling into small beads.
