For this pattern, I used Mary Maxim Starlette Sparkle yarn in taupe (gold) and white. Both have gold metallic ribbon. I used nearly 4 skeins of white and 2 skeins plus about 30 inches of a third skein of the taupe (including the border). With no border, you will only need 2 taupe skeins and 4 white skeins.

The gauge is actually 8 stitches X 18 rows=6x6” block, using double crochet (US).

This is a very cozy looking (and feeling!) baby blanket that is classic and chic. Works up very fast (couple of nights) and measures 31x38” with border, 30x37” without border.
