Actual Chest:
Size 1: 40” (101.5cm),
Size 2: 48” (122),
Size 3: 56” (142cm),
Size 4: 64” (162.5cm),
Size 5: 72” (183cm).

Tension:
Each 4 round Granny Square motif measures 8.5cm (31/4in) square using a 4mm hook or the size required to obtain the correct tension.
Each 5 round Granny Square motif measures 10cm (4in) square, after blocking, using a 4mm hook or the size required to obtain the correct tension.

It is very important to check your tension before commencing the garment, therefore crochet a tension square. If there are less rounds to 10cm (4in) than number stated, change to a smaller hook. If there are more rounds to 10cm (4in) than number stated, change to a larger hook.
