Pebble Cardigan
Finished Sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL)
Bust with cardigan buttoned: 32 (34.8, 39.2, 44, 48, 52.8)”. These measurements are the size of the finished garment. Size S (34.8) is shown in photo.
The length and shape of this cardigan work well with skirts and dresses, but the sweater is cute with jeans too! Knit with cotton or linen, it is a great basic spring and summer wardrobe piece with clean lines and an architectural style. Knit with wool, it is a warm and flirty winter sweater. The details make the garment unique while the shape is simple enough to wear with casual to dressier outfits.
The Pebble Cardigan is knit from the top down in one piece. The button and buttonhole bands are picked up and knitted on at the end. The top down construction allows the knitter to try it on while knitting. The pattern allows for the garment to be lengthened or shortened. The sleeves can also be made short, ¾ length, or long. Try it on as you knit and see how you like it best.
The Bottom two photos here show the Pebble Tank which is also available as a ravelry download. See the photo of the Pebble Cardigan layered over the coordinating tank and also the photo of the Pebble Tank by itself.
