Pebble Potholders
CONSTRUCTION
The potholders are worked in rounds and then joined at the top.
Sizing:
Approx. 15 x 19 cm {6” x 71/2”}.
Crochet hooks:
3.00 mm (US 21/2, UK/Canada 11) – or the hook size required to obtain the gauge listed below.
Yarn:
200 g (for a pair) Havblik (100% bomuld) from Tante Grøn (275 m pr. 100 g) or equivalent DK yarn.
Color A (the small section): 100 g.
Color B (the big section): 100 g.
For precise measures, one potholder requires 62 g yarn:
Color A (the small section): 15 g.
Color B (the big section): 47 g.
Other:
A piece of leather/elastic/cotton cord for the loops.
Gauge:
Using crochet hook 3.0 mm: 21 sts x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm {2.5” x 2.5”}
