This is my re-working of another imagination of Penny’s santa hat from The Big Bang Theory. This pattern now features a better fit to the head with customizeable sizes for head-size, as well as cleaner and seamless joins for the tails and hat overall.

You will need at least 1 skein of Red Heart Super Saver in any red color and 1 skein of Red Heart Super Saver in white, as well as an H hook.
