Percival the rather dapper looking pig pattern is for the experienced beginner.
US terms used
Includes instructions to make the hat and vest (optional).
This pattern is worked in continuous rounds/spirals of single crochet. You will need to know how to do single crochet, half double, slip stitch, increases and decreases and working in front and back loops.
Gauge is not important. Finished size if made using yarn and hook suggested will give a piggy that’s approx. 19cm sitting, 23cm standing.

Requirements
3mm hook or size needed so that no holes appear in stitches through which stuffing may show.
I used Carnival 8ply yarns in the following colours:
MC (Main colour) – Light pink
CC1 (Contrast colour) – Tan
CC2 - Black
8mm safety eyes
6cm glasses (optional)
Needle for joining pieces
Stuffing
Pins for positioning pieces before sewing is recommended.
