Sizes are achieved using different needle size. Pattern includes instructions for two sizes and styles, a beanie (shown in black), and a more relaxed fit (shown in grey).

Size 1 (relaxed) is shown with colors Nickel and Natural and has a gauge of 24 stitches over 4 inches in pattern.

Size 2 (beanie) is shown with colors Black, Nickel and Natural and has a gauge of 26 stitches over 4 inches in pattern.

One skein of each color will make both hats.

Pattern is stretchy and is shown on Virginia’s 22 inch head.
