POMPONA
Pompona is a variety of vanilla, just like these mittens are a level up of my Vanillin mittens. They are fun and fairly easy, but will give you just slightly more of a challenge. You will also be amazed by how well they fit around your hands!

The pattern starts from the outside edge of the hand, works its way to the inner edge where you add a thumb gusset and thumb. After that you continue with the second side of the hand. The provisional cast-on edge as well as the thumb is grafted using kitchener stitch for garter stitch.

SIZE
One size, ladies size M/L.
The sample mittens are approximately 20 cm ­circumference x 25.5 cm from cuff to finger tip. For smaller mittens, go down one or two needle sizes.

GAUGE
Ca 20 sts x 44 rows = 10 x 10 cm in ­garter stitch on 3.5 mm needles.
