Inspired by the textured cowls seen around the Pacific Northwest, this easy-to-make bulky cowl will have you fighting the grey and cold in no time!

This cowl is worked sideways beginning with a provisional cast on in garter stitch, which transitions to a diamond motif to keep the knitting process and the final product visually interesting. The ends are grafted together.

To accentuate the stitch pattern, a solid or semi-solid yarn is recommended.
