This crochet pattern is for a 1980’s cartoon throwback, Rainbow Brite! This is Twink, one of the sprites.

This INTERMEDIATE crochet pattern is written in US terms and is designed for crocheters with a solid understanding of simple crochet, and who don’t mind a little bit of sewing. Lots of photos are included to help you along the way.

Materials
• 100 grams size 4 (worsted weight) yarn in White
• 50 grams size 4 (worsted weight) yarn in Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Skin Tone
• Scrap amount of Black yarn
• Crochet hook size 4.0 mm
• Tapestry needle
• Fiber Fill
• Stitch marker

Notes
• Twink is worked in continuous rounds from the bottom up.
• Twink’s arms, legs, face and antennae are worked separately and sewn on.
• The finished piece is approximately 9 inches tall.
