Instructions in two sizes -adult medium easily fits up to head circumference 52cm/20.5 inches and large easily fits head circumference 61cm/24 inches as the fabric is very elastic

Unstretched approximate measurements are:
Circumference at band – 36/40 cm or 14/20 inches
Length as written is 20/22 cm or 8/8.75 inches
