Rosaspina is a top-down, circular yoke sweater featuring stranded colorwork. Gradual increases are made in the yoke up to the sleeves that will be put on hold on a stitch holder or waste yarn and then picked up later. This way there will be no seams.
The sample in photos is knit in a hand dyed silk and baby camel, hand dyed yarn. The pattern is based on floral motifs worked in stranded knitting on body and sleeves.
You can choose from a classic or a cropped length version, easily customizable to the preferred.
Rosaspina comes in 10 sizes (from 87 to 165 cm 34.2 to 64.9 “ bust circumference). The size guide and the table on PDF will help you choose the fit you prefer.

MATERIALS
Needles
Circular needles 3.5 mm/US 4 and 4 mm/ US 6.
(cables 40, 60 and 100cm/16”,24” and 40”). Adjust the needle size as needed to obtain the gauge.
Notions: stitch markers, tapestry needle, scrap yarn (or waste yarn), measuring tape.

Rosaspina è lavorata in tondo dall’alto verso il basso, si eseguono degli aumenti graduali nello sprone fino ad arrivare alle maniche che verranno messe in sospeso su un filo per poi essere riprese successivamente. In questo modo non ci sono cuciture
Abbiamo usato un filato pregiato in cammello e seta, tinto a mano.
La maglia è giocata su motivi floreali jacquard a più colori distribuiti sullo sprone, sul corpo e sulle maniche.
La maglia è proposta in versione standard oppure in versione crop, e la lunghezza del corpo può essere ulteriormente variata a proprio piacimento.
Nel pattern sono disponibili 10 taglie (da 87 a 165 cm di circonferenza busto), la guida alle taglie e la tabella nel PDF ti aiuteranno a scegliere la vestibilitá che preferisci.
