The royal poogie is made from DK yarn with a 2.5mm hook, but he can be made from any weight yarn and appropriate hook for different sizes.

This is an easy pattern to follow, and only requires the following stitches:

• Slip stitch
• Chain stitch
• Half Double Crochet (US)
• Single Crochet (US)
• Increasing
• Decreasing
• Magic Ring
