Ever buy one of those gorgeous hanks of multicolored sock yarn and then wonder what to do with it? This pattern uses those stripes of color to create swirls for a fun, different look!
Skill Level: Intermediate
Sizes: S (M, L, XL, XXL) Women’s US sizes 5/6 (7/8, 9/9½, 10/11, 12/13)
Measurements:
Circumference- 8 (8, 8¼, 8¼, 8¾)” / 20.3 (20.3, 21, 21, 22.2)cm
Foot length: 9¾ (10, 10¾, 11¼, 11½)” / 24.8 (25.4, 27.3, 28.6, 29.2)cm
Gauge:
30 sts x 48 rows = 4” / 10cm square in stockinette stitch knit in the round
Materials:
Yarn-
Fingering SW by Appalachia Fiber (75% merino, 20% nylon, 5% Stellina; 435 yards / 3.5oz, 100 grams) 1 hank
Needles: Size US 1 2.25 mm: set of double pointed needles. You can also use a circular needle, if preferred, but instructions are written for double pointed
Notions: yarn needle, stitch markers
