Knitting pattern for a fun cushion with an underwater scene featuring sea horses, sea grass and fishes.

An easy pattern to knit as the sea grass and fishes are added afterwards. The sea horses are knitted as intarsia and there are large charts to follow.

Materials – All Double Knitting yarn (8 ply)

1 ball (200 grams) Stylecraft Batik Swirl in Blue Ocean 3732
Available from:

The nature of the yarn is that it has blocks of different colours. When you reach the start of the green colour, you will need to cut the yarn and rewind the green colour into a separate small ball. Continue knitting the cushion with the next block of blue. The green yarn is saved for knitting the sea grass at the end.
