Seaswell is a fitted, ballet-neck cardigan that features an all-over simple lace pattern, set-in sleeves with deep lace cuffs, and English tailored shoulders. The cardigan is constructed flat, from the bottom up, in one piece to the armholes where it is divided into fronts and back which are worked separately. Waist shaping is achieved easily just by changing needle size.

#sizeinclusive to a 63” / 160 cm finished chest measurement with 1” / 2.5 cm ease.

This knitting pattern includes written directions, bias bind off and picking up stitches tutorials, lace chart and written instructions, front and back images, and a schematic with measurements.

Substitution Notes
Choose a sock or fingering weight yarn. Original is a wool/nylon blend but 100% wool or other wool blends would work equally well. SweetGeorgia BFL Sock is no longer available but BFL + Silk Fine or Tough Love Sock (affiliate links) would both be excellent substitutions.
