The most precious things are timeless, even ordinary. They are the things that bring a smile to your face even after years have passed. This sweater is a simple, relaxed classic which you will go back to time and time again. ©Laine Magazine; Issue 2

Sibeal is worked seamlessly from the top down. Knitting starts from a provisional cast-on at the shoulders. Short rows are used to shape the shoulders, then each part is joined to work the back down to the underarm. Stitches are then picked up at the shoulders to work each front. The work is then joined at the underarm and worked in the round to the hem. Sleeve stitches are picked up around each armhole and sleeves are worked from the top down in the round to the cuffs. The neck finishing is worked last.
