Silversmith cabled beanie is a fun-to-knit, one size cable beanie that is worked in a worsted weight yarn. This beanie features two different cable textures, some minicables and one large staghorn cable pattern.

Sizing:
One size
Fits the head circumference of approx. 22-23,5”/55-59cm.
Size modifications are possible with changing the yarn and gauge but also with increasing/decreasing the minicable repeats. The modification possibilities are not written into the pattern.

Gauge:
18 sts & 24 rows = 4”/10 cm in Stockinette stitch with larger (US 7/4,5 mm) needles.
21 sts & 24 rows = 4”/10 cm in Mini Cable Pattern with larger (US 7/4,5 mm) needles.
24 sts & 24 rows = 4”/10 cm in Staghorn Cable Pattern with larger (US 7/4,5 mm) needles.

Materials:
Yarn:
Madelinetosh tosh Vintage (100% merino), 200yds/182m/4oz/skein. Sample colorway: Badlands.
OR some other worsted weight yarn.
Needles:
US 6 4 mm & US 7 4,5 mm long circular needle for magic loop or dpns.
Larger size dpns for crown shaping if preferred.
Adjust the needle size to get the correct gauge.
Other:
Stitch marker, cable needle, tapestry needle.
