This simple crochet star ornament works up quickly and is easy to make.

You can use any yarn and hook to make this project. I recommend going down a hook size (or two) to make the stitches more snug. For example I used a 4.5 mm hook when the yarn label recommended a 5.5 mm (I) hook.

These stars are firm and perfect for decorating with - on the Christmas tree, or as a bunting. They also look great in twine as an attachment to your gift bags and then hanging as a rustic farmhouse style ornament.
