This jumper has a slanting front yoke in cable-stitch, which gives a very flattering line. The elasticity of the double ribbing, in which the rest of the garment is knitted, makes it fit smoothly to the figure. It fastens at the back of the neck with buttons and buttonholes.

Materials:
7 ozs. Sidar Majestic wool, 3-ply; 1 pair each No. 10 and No. 12 knitting needles; a spare double-pointed needle, for cabling; 5 buttons.

Tension:
Over the ribs, with K. ribs touching and p ribs sunken, 22 sts to 2 inches; 10 rows to 1 inch.

Measurements:
All round underarm (unstretched), about 30 inches, but easily stretching to 34-36 inch bust size; length from shoulder 20.5 inches; sleeve seam, 5 inches.
