Sora Top
The Sora Top is a seamless, boxy top with lots of i-cord edges and some waist shaping. Decorative lace on the back and top of the front adds some interest. The light fingering wool/cotton yarn recommended is knit at a very loose gauge which creates a fabric with drape, that fills out when washed and blocked.
The top is worked from the bottom up in stockinette, starting flat with the front and back split hems worked separately (an option is included to omit the splits). The garment is then joined in the round with purl faux seams added. It is increased to the bust measurement until the underarms, where the garment is then split and worked flat for the armholes. All flat edges are done in i-cord, from the cast on, to the bind off, to the side seams.
Pattern measurements are provided in inches and centimetres.
