It’s the fifth year that I have the pleasure to publish a shawl pattern for my birthday, and as always I’m sharing this joyful event with La Bien Aimée. You can find kits on their website, and trust me they all are gorgeous.

“Springflor” is an asymmetrical triangle, worked from the top down, in one piece. Using 2 colors of fingering (or light fingering) weight yarn, you will alternate garter stitch and lace section. And of course there’s also a bit of stripes, I can’t help myself ;)

The lace pattern in this design is particularly stunning. After blocking it reveals all his beauty, adorning your shawl with a thousand of little flowers, hence the name.

Et bien sûr il y a aussi un peu de rayures, je ne peux pas m’en empêcher;)

Le motif en dentelle de ce modèle est particulièrement délicat. Après le blocage, il révèle toute sa beauté, ornant votre châle de mille petites fleurs, d’où le nom.
