I have interpreted this verse to set the scene for the birth of Christ with stable and palm trees under the expansive star. Quick to knit with simple stranded color work, this ornament is complete when the knitting is finished. Make as many as you wish for your tree or as gifts for others! This ornament takes such little yarn and time that you may wish to make it in a fabric you enjoy, regardless of the gauge, and fill to the size you wish. The yarn can also be used for Gifts of the Magi, and will leave more than enough for all four ornaments.

Finished Measurements: approximately 2.75 inches (7 cm) in diameter, 8.75 inches (22 cm) in circumference
