Then, the side ribbing sections with buttonholes are picked up and worked outward from the body. Sleeves are worked outward in the round to minimize seams and bulk. After the sweater is complete, a feminine silk ribbon is woven through the side buttonholes for a unique accent. The sweater has a drop shoulder and easy, oversized fit and features a split, uneven hemline for a modern design that is flattering on many body types.
