Striped Wristwarmers
Worked in the round these simple wristwarmers are the perfect introduction to Canopy Fingering and an opportunity to play with colour. The stripes are beautifully blended with a subtle colourwork round between bands of solid colour. These warmers are a gentle introduction to working in colourwork in the round with little need to catch and tension floats as you travel up the project

Foundations: The first wobbly scarf you knit and knotted proudly around your neck to keep out the cold. The handmade mittens you wore as a child, a gift from a beloved relative. When we think about the hours spent making those items, we understand that they are an act of love. It’s the time you set aside for your own creativity that day. It’s the way you felt as your beloved pulled on your hat as they left for work that day. Each stitch, a hidden wish. The gift of handmade is at the core of our latest series of design collections. We named it ‘Foundations’ because these are the building blocks for a lifelong hobby in which we can clothe ourselves and our loved ones in beautiful colours and texture.
