This is the ’Suite of Hats’ pattern which will allow you to make a suite of different two colour hats.
Make hats for both males and females. There is an optional flower.

A warm light hat, this is a top down hat with a novel construction.
Charts and written pattern

Four primary patterns, three fits, all can be mixed and matched to make a selection of hat designs.

Yarn - 4 ply / fingering yarn in two contrasting colours. There is not a one colour option.

Skill level - Intermediate.

The Suite Hat (Say it aloud - sounds like Sweet Hat) is designed to be knit using two different colour yarns. The balance of yarn use between the two yarns will depend on the pattern chosen by you as you knit. Yarn use has been between 41g (acrylic) and 75g (wool).
So for the smallest fit hat - 90yds first colour + 90yds second colour, up to largest fit approx 90yds first colour + 120yds yds second colour.

Three colour hats - Three colour options are not explicitly listed in the pattern but are an easy step up once you have knit a Suite Hat or two.
