Sweet Eustace Cushion
Often, I misplace my book, my small knitting project, my glasses… so, this cushion was born of necessity.
Combining my need to strand and humble admiration of the creature making it all possible - I incorporated a sweet little Horned Heath Sheep, in honour of all our beloved sheep, standing strong and stoic as the snowflakes begin to fall!
This cushion cover features a colourwork pocket panel. Both are worked in the round, with the cushion cover worked in stocking stitch and the panel stranded with a steek. A buttonband is worked flar over the top edge of the cover in Moss stitch.
