My first collection for 2021 ~ Winter Haze designs have lovely textures worked in hazy gray tones. Cameo features wavy cable motifs, while Ashes and Soot and Sweet Haze have all-over easy cable stitch patterns. Nice and warm for a cold winter’s night….

Sweet Haze
My favorite of the collection, Sweet Haze features a Japanese body stitch pattern, bordered by a vintage B. Walker favorite and wide broken ribbing to achieve an all-over texture that is satisfying to knit. Two different methods of center spine increases are used, along with a standard bind-off.

Work the shawl from either charts or the full written instructions, which also include a gauge swatch section. Suitable for worsted weight or heavy DK yarns that will produce a similar gauge.

3 skeins Cape Cod Gray
A row counter is helpful for this pattern
