Tangence
There’s nothing more satisfying than a beautiful lightweight top, especially one you know you’ll wear through summer and even into winter layered with your other knitwear! I adore the punchy colour of this yarn, and it’s perfect for a summer day trip.
The top is cast on along the bust line at the back, and worked up and over the shoulders. Lace is worked first with the live stitches as the front, then a second set of stitches are picked up and knit from the cast-on edge for the back lace panel. Finished with a picot edge, the top is then seamed along the side edges.
This pattern is part of a collection entitled Shifting Horizons, an exploration of interesting but simple knits inspired by travelling.
