The Teacher’s Pet Shawl is constructed with several components. The center trapeze panel is worked first then a mitered square is worked on each slanted edge. Two lace panels are worked, picked up opposite of each mitered square. The border is next, starting along the lower edge of the band just completed, and worked down. The upper section is worked last on the upper edge of the band.

You will need 1 hank each of 3 colors (approx. 273 yds each).

This pattern is rated intermediate. Directions are written out line by line but there are multiple techniques involved. This shawl would be a great class!
