This crochet market bag uses double strands of worsted weight yarn and the iris stitch to make a tote that us functional, durable and beautiful. It works up quickly, and would even be a great stash buster project.

This crochet pattern is suitable for an advanced beginner. The abbreviations/stitches used in this pattern include: ch, SC, HDC, sl st, and sk.

This pattern requires approx. 680 yds. of category 4 yarn (Lion Brand Mandala Ombre pictured). You will also need a 6.0mm crochet hook. The yarn should be held double stranded throughout the project. The finished bag is approx. 13.5” wide and 14.5” tall.
