As I was working around and around on this cowl, it reminded me of how as a child I’d always heard that karma always comes back to you… “what goes around comes back around.” This cowl design is made to be simple enough for a beginner knitter, yet fun enough for someone with a bit more experience as well. Using a variegated yarn helps the traveling diagonal stitches in this pattern really pop as they rest neatly in front of a stockinette background; but it would look just as great in a solid color as well.
