Here is a great hat and cowl in the beatiful TFC Tundra yarn. The Thelma hat comes in 3 sizes and is finished off with a pompom. The cowl is in one size. Knit the hat with 2 hanks of Tundra, the cowl with 3 hanks of Tundra or both with 4 hanks.

This is great bobble pattern for those who hate turning your work to finish off bobbles: each bobble is created on one row with the stitch count growing, then the bobble is finished on the following row, where the extra stitches created on the previous row are reduced back to the original stitch count. So no turning required!

The shade shown here is Boreal shade number TU090 - such a lovely colour. Ive also added a large faux fur pompom to the hat - you could make a pompom with the remaining yarn if preferred.

Both designs knit up quickly on 6mm and 6.5mm needles (US 10 and 10.5), and these designs are suitable for the advanced beginner.
