The Thorndale cowl is knitted in the round from the bottom up. The multi color Thorn Stitch pattern is simple to work and creates a beautiful textured detail. Using just one color per round, slip stitches and clever use of k2tog and ssk decreases create the multi color Thorn Stitch pattern.
