This is a pattern for a top down cardigan with set in sleeves and after-thought pocket, worked entirely in Garter Stitch. Work the back and front yokes with short row shaping, work the body, work sleeves, and finally, work button bands, collar, and pocket linings.
Use any bind off you like, but the Icelandic bind off works well with garter stitch.
