A lacy top that,– like almost all of Birgit’s designs,– doesn’t need any seaming. *SetaSun* is knitted from the top in one piece. Straps, neckline and edging are worked in an easy to memorize and easy to knit lace pattern, the body is knitted in stockinette stitch. Subtle increases in the stockinette part form an A-line that is flattering to any woman’s shape.

The top is worked as a “raglan from the top”. Thus, it can easily be adapted to any individual size (with yarn and needle size of your choice - swatching is not necessary).

I recommend a crocheted cast-on to obtain the perfect individual measurement for the straps and the neckline. While crocheting the chain, you can try it on as you go and work the length you need. (Please pay attention to the number of stitches required for the pattern repeat.)

Ein Lacetop, das, wie bei Birgits Designs schon fast üblich, ganz ohne Nähte auskommt. *SetaSun* wird von oben nach unten an einem Stück gestrickt. Träger, Ausschnitt und Spitzenkante sind ein einfach zu merkendes und strickendes Lacemuster; das Hauptteil wird glatt rechts gestrickt und darin wird die A-Form, die die Rundungen einer jeden Frau umschmeichelt, geformt.

Da das Top nach dem Prinzip “Raglan von oben” gestrickt wird, kann die Anleitung ohne Probleme an jede Grösse angepasst werden (unabhängig von Garn und Nadelgrösse, eine Maschenprobe ist nicht nötig).

Damit Träger und Halsausschnitt die richtige Grösse erhalten, schlage ich Ihnen einen Häkelanschlag vor, den Sie sich immer wieder an den Körper legen und demenstprechend lang häkeln. (bitte dabei die Anzahl Maschen eines Rapportes beachten).
