A cushion cover featuring trees and mountains

The cushion cover is knitted in one piece and the back has a four button opening and is knitted in stripes of 5 rows per colour. There is a very big, easy-to-read Intarsia chart to follow for the picture on the front of the cushion.

Materials – All Double Knitting yarn
2-50 gram ball light green for the grass and stripes on back (155 m per 50 gram ball)
1-50 gram ball dark green for the trees and stripes on back (155 m per 50 gram ball)
1-50 gram ball white for clouds and stripes on back (155 m per 50 gram ball)

Small amounts of:
Black for the birds
Light Blue for 2 mountains
Beige for 2 mountains
Lilac for 1 mountain
Brown for 1 mountain
Orange for 1 mountain
Yellow for the sun

This pillow was inspired by a trip to Estes Park in Colorado last year with my family. My son went off rock climbing and mountaineering and we enjoyed the walks through the countryside whilst looking up and admiring the mountains and the birds of prey!
