Could there be anything classier in knitwear than cables? This beginner friendly beanie brings that cabled hat look with no cabling skills required. Inspired by the rippling waters of the Canal Grande in Trieste, Italy, this beanie would be an elegant addition to any winter wardrobe.

This is a beginner to advanced beginner level knitting pattern, and the techniques involved are knit, purl, sl1p, psso, k2tog, and ssk. All Frosia Knits patterns are written in standard US terms.

one size fits all
Width laying flat: 7.5”/19cm
Length: 9.5”/24cm

You will need less than 1 skein of Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick yarn - or approximately 55 to 65 yards (88 to 102 grams) of a similar category 6, 80% Acrylic 20% Wool yarn that matches gauge. Any super bulky you have in your stash should work as long as you check your gauge!

Gauge: 10 stitches and 13 rows = 4 inches x 4 inches
