Named for the Truchet Tile, a square tile bisected diagonally into two different colors. When rotated and arranged many different geometric patterns can be formed. I was inspired to create a knitted version of quilts based on triangles. It’s fun to plan from a set fixed group of colors, the pattern includes a coloring page for you to plan. It’s also an excellent way to use up scraps and go for total multicolored chaos. Triangle modules are attached as you go so the shawl is knit as one piece with no seaming. Videos are included in the pattern to demonstrate how to attach triangles.

This is a modularly knit shawl using right triangle modules to form a large triangle. Several helpful diagrams are provided to help with understanding construction. See the photos for a coloring page to plan out your color placement!
