4.5 mm (between US G and H; choose whichever size gives you gauge)
GAUGE
18 sts and 10 rows in 4 inches (10 cm) worked in double crochet
One repeat of center pattern (8 stitches) is 1 1/2 inches (3.8cm); Border is approximately 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) wide
