Use up small amounts of yarn to make a useful potholder or cleaning cloth with a helpful owl. Worked in mosaic garter stitch, just one strand works every two rows while the other strand rests at the edge. Gauge and dimensions are provided with a medium weight cotton. Choose colors that contrast well. Try your camera’s “black & white” setting to look at your yarns in gray-scale and check the contrast between your selection(s).
