The Yarn
Blue Sky Alpaca Worsted Hand Dyes has beautiful depth of color and body. It begs to be knit into a project you’ll snuggle up in. A fine soft halo surrounds the yarn and slightly blurs the stitches. Be aware of this when selecting a stitch pattern and all will be well.

Construction
The Winter Apple shawl is worked from the bottom up beginning with the longest row. Each row becomes progressively shorter until the two sides meet at the center top of wingspan. A garter stitch edging is knitted on at the end to smooth out the wingspan edge.
