Welcome to the Simply Stranded Summer Sock Club!

Every month from May to September 2025, you shall receive a sock pattern. In other words, 5 patterns in total, over the course of 5 months.

The patterns share the following features:

. instructions for cuff-down and toe-up socks in 4 sizes, suitable for commercial fingering-weight sock yarns (all 5 patterns share the same construction)

. top-down reversible stranded colourwork motifs that can be used either for the entire sock, or for the leg/ cuff only

. extremely simple and fun colourwork charts, based on a 4-stitch repeat - deliberately designed to be easy to memorise and ‘auto-piloty’

. themes pertaining to coastal life on the magical island that is my home Inishowen, Ireland
