Laura Paul
I’ve been told that I’m very much like my grandmother. To know what that means, you would have to know a little bit about her. Evalynne was a wonderful woman who tended to ‘flit’ from project to project. I’m very much like her in that sense. Especially with my crafts. My daughter calls me a circle artist because I do so many different arts and I’m constantly moving from one to another. I started knitting when I was in college, then stopped to do other crafts (scrapbooking, sewing, painting, polymer clay, quilting, watercolors etc) and in 2003, I started knitting again. In 2005 a yarn store opened in town and I started working there. I worked and taught there up through 2012. I taught my son and daughter how to knit, and they both enjoy it. I continue to teach private and group knitting classes.
