This is a great stash buster and a very easy pattern for new knitters. I have used this as a first project for kids as it can be done in all knit. Use a smaller needle so the weave is tight.

Materials

This cute little bag is a great first cable project. It’s made in one piece and then seamed down the sides. You can use pre-made bag handles or make i-cord straps.

Lovely knitted clutch purse with easy beading for a lovely scallop effect. The beading technique is easier than it looks, using the pre-strung technique.

There is no specific gauge for this pattern, but it should be noted that each scallop should be about 4.25 inches across and 3 inches high.

This elegant beaded scarf uses the pre-strung beading method. It is deceptively simple and creates a lovely, drapey scarf.

Throughout pattern you will be knitting with 1 strand of cotton/silk and 1 strand of alpaca/merino except for the 6 row stripe when you need to triple the cotton/silk. Before beginning the project wind two small balls of the cotton/silk and put them aside.
