Not too long ago, my dad brought me all of my deceased mother’s patterns, yarns, needles, etc. I had taught my mother to knit. When searching through the box, I came across a pattern for Barbie slippers that I had designed when I was in Middle School! Wow! I thought, I am a designer. So, I decided then and there to start trying to design some patterns.
