When I was twelve years old and visiting and aunt’s cottage I asked my grandmother, who was knitting, to teach me. She did and it has been a joy to learn the craft.

I absolutely love colourwork and geometric patterns (especially on mittens, there have been a lot of mittens), and making sweaters. Math has always been something I’ve liked and the ability to combine knitting and math in making my own pattern is something I love.
